Platinum Sponsorship Options

General Session Sponsorship
This sponsorship offers you a remarkable opportunity to reach facility engineers. The
well-attended general sessions give you a chance to make an impact when you show your
support of the profession. Your company logo will be displayed on the lectern.

Thursday Dinner
Put your company in the spotlight when you sponsor this fantastic social event. Your
company logo will be displayed on a sign welcoming attendees to the dinner.

 

Gold Recognition Package $3,500

Gold Sponsorship Options

Name Badges
Your company logo will be printed on the name badges worn by each attendee at the
conference.

Name Badge Lanyards
Your company logo will be printed on each lanyard in your choice of color and worn by all attendees throughout the conference.

Luncheon Station
Your company will have prime exposure during the lunch in the exhibit hall, one of the highest attended events during the conference. With this sponsorship, your company logo will be displayed next to one of the food stations.

Continental Breakfast
Your company will be the center of attention when attendees start their day with the continental breakfast. Your company logo will be the centerpiece display for the food table at one of the three breakfasts. You are welcome to place promotional material around the centerpiece for attendees.

 

Silver Recognition Package $2,000

Silver Sponsorship Options

Registration Brochure
With this sponsorship option, your company logo will be on the outside cover of the Registration Brochure mailed to facility engineers throughout the Midwest. Your website address will also be included in the brochure recognizing you as a sponsor.

Conference Program
Your company logo will appear on the outside cover of the program given to all attendees. The conference program includes the conference agenda, educational information and a detailed directory of exhibitors. Your website address will be included in the program recognizing you as a sponsor. Stand out and be noticed when you sponsor the most visible printed material distributed during the conference.

Refreshment Break
Attendees will be grateful for the refreshments provided in between educational sessions. Your company logo will be the centerpiece display on the refreshment table and you are welcome to distribute promotional material during the sponsored break.

Magician
Attendees will be amazed and impressed by an entertaining magician after dinner on Thursday. Your company logo will be on a sign next to the stage for all attendees to see at
this highly attended event.

 

Bronze Recognition Package $1,250

Bronze Sponsorship Options

Dinner Cocktail Tables
Your company logo will be incorporated in the centerpieces used on cocktail tables during Thursday’s dinner. You are welcome to provide business cards for the cocktail tables.

Directional Sign
A 4’ wide x 8’ high sign featuring your logo will be placed in a high traffic area to provide direction to attendees while in Lucas Oil Stadium.

Jazz Trio
Three jazz musicians will entertain attendees as they browse the exhibit hall on Thursday. Your company logo will be displayed on a sign next to the entrance of the hall.

Evaluation Form
Your company logo will be on the conference surveys sent electronically to all attendees after the conference.

Educational Session
Concurrent educational sessions are a great opportunity to put your logo in front of the people you want to reach.
Included with the educational session sponsorship:

Dinner Table
When you sponsor a table at Thursday’s dinner, you will receive 25 drink tickets with your company logo to distribute at your discretion. You are welcome to place business cards or flyers at your sponsored table. Tickets to attend the dinner will be available at a discounted rate for your employees.

Box Lunches
Facilities Managers who are interested in taking the CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager) certification test will attend a workshop on Friday in preparation for the exam. Sponsor the box lunches for those attending the workshop and your company logo will be on a sign next to the box lunches.
