Black & White Advertisements
Art is required by September 15, 2010. Advertiser-provided .pdf files are preferred, although some .tiff (minimum 300 dpi) and .eps (with fonts converted to paths) formats are accepted. Advertisement sizes must be as listed above and must be black and white. No modifications will be made. Improperly formatted artwork will be returned to the advertiser and no refund of the advertisement cost will be given. Advertisements should be emailed to healthcare@conventionmanagers.com no later than September 15, 2010.
Front or Back Inside Cover Color Advertisements
Art is required by September 15, 2010. Color laser of ad with MAC format disk containing Quark, Photo-Shop or Illustrator file must be ready for output and must be the exact size as listed. Mark disk with name and telephone number of the person who created the file and mail or email to healthcare@conventionmanagers.com. No modifications will be made. Improperly formatted artwork will be returned to the advertiser and no refund of the advertisement cost will be given.
